yoyoyo...juz canme back frm pt...2day was super off form...hai nvm...hope next wk wil diff...actually...i now kinda enjoy pt...juz so long as it helps me improve...lyk now...i find watiao...not tirin at all...4 my legs...oni my stamina canot so 1rnd no breath liao...so ya...stamina muz train...den i tink my calves now muz train liao oso...cuz 2day jl say he focus on e lower leg...n halfway...i bo chap liao...nee damn pain...cuz 2 weak...so muz at home pt lower leg now...last time i is do upper leg...now change...n abs muz do...as usual...n i realized...my qiangfa improved! faster n e qiang bounce more...oni ting tat deproved was my lanazha...but tat 1 since lyk 1000yrs ago? ya...dno whn i zou yang 1...tats my weakest qiangfa...n somemore its e most basic 1...tsk...y i always lidat...e basics cant do 1...kongfan oso e most basic tiao...i oso oni guo so low...n so far...hai...work on e basics liao...n muz bantui...by may both legs muz touch head...ya...den june...mayb ask e new jl halp me ban...dun care if i injureed la...oso no compt ntil aug...so by june muz kick e head...MUZ...or i cant improve...n i tink i wil do at least tese if tose in china cant tel me wad dey doin...no internet or w/e...so...
